Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the card must be in the same condition as when it was received, including any protective sleeves or toploaders.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted in the following situations:
- The card received does not match the listing description or photos
- The card arrived damaged due to shipping
- You received the wrong card
Non-Returnable Items
- Sealed products that have been opened
- Cards returned in a different condition than received
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind (unless card was not as described)
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at mwpulls@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
