We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s our returns and refund policy.


Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the card must be in the same condition as when it was received, including any protective sleeves or toploaders.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted in the following situations:

  • The card received does not match the listing description or photos
  • The card arrived damaged due to shipping
  • You received the wrong card

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sealed products that have been opened
  • Cards returned in a different condition than received
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind (unless card was not as described)

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at contact@mwpulls.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
